iGRILL&FOOD is for operators in the HoReCa sector (barbecue and grill shops, steak houses, restaurants, caterers, farmhouses, and delicatessens), large-scale retail trade and large specialised retailers interested in keeping up to date with the innovative technologies and equipment for grills and BBQs showcased by the exhibitors.
The fair is an opportunity for professional updating, with a rich calendar of courses, events, cooking demonstrations, and tasting.
